Fasten your seatbelts: Better Call Saul is Ready with Season 5 premiering on 23rd This Month. Know what’s going to happen next!

With Valentine’s day nearing up this week, our loving Black Comedy-Tragedy: BETTER CALL SAUL is steaming on AMC very very soon!

RELEASE DATE:

The first episode will premiere on February 23, 2020 (Sunday) at 10 p.m. ET on AMC.
The next episode will premiere the following day, 24th February 2020 (Monday) on AMC.

WHEN DOES IT STREAM ON NETFLIX?

The fourth season ended on AMC in October 2018. However, the season premiered on Netflix recently on February 9, 2020- Just a few days before the world premiere of the Fifth season.

While there is no official date announced for a Netflix release, we know that it might be a long wait. We believe it could be around the time that the sixth season premieres on AMC, which is also going to be the last and final season of the series.

The final season will go into production this year, which is set to premiere in 2021 ( no dates announced whatsoever).

WHAT’S HAPPENING THIS TIME?

Vince Gillian and Peter Gould have worked with their sweat and blood into Breaking Bad, and then its spin-off prequel Better Call Saul.

Like the main series, the first four seasons have build up the plot, and the characters are in place to set in motion, an exciting roller coaster ride.
Jimmy has now transformed into Saul Goodman, on paper, and is slowly acquiring his traits to be the lawyer Goodman has been in Breaking Bad.
While this is the penultimate run, the show is nearly aligning with the series, and it begins a little later than the events of season four. So we are still stuck in the year of 2004, while Breaking Bad was set in 2008. This leap of faith might be seen at this time.

The storyline is assumed to be set until the time of Walter White’s death.

CHARACTERS:

With the series almost aligning, we can see the characters being introduced this time.

Hank Schrader ( Norris): Our good cop is back on screen, and we can expect a little backstory towards his intense dedication against medication rulers.

Mike Ehrmantraut ( Jonathan Banks): His promotion from a police officer to assistant Mike, with the excursion, will be intriguing to watch.

Gustavo Fring (Giancarlo Esposito): Our medication Master is going to tie strings between the two shows.

Huell Babineaux ( Lavell Crawford)
