The Seven Deadly sins is a manga series that was adapted fora Netflix show as an anime series. The first season was released on November 15th, 2015. The manga series that the show is based on was written and illustrated by Nabaka Suzuki.
The manga revolves around the story of Elizabeth, who is the princess of the Kingdom of Liones. She is on a quest to find a group of ex-Holy Knights called the Seven Deadly Since.
The Knights were separated after the kingdom was defeated. In her mission to get back her kingdom, the princess seeks the help of Meliodas and Hawk. The former, the leader of the Seven Deadly Sins, and the latter is the leader of the order of scraps disposal.
The series first premiered on MBS on the 5th o October. The series was renewed for a second season, which was released on January 13th, 2018—a third season aired on October 9th, 2019.

Will there be a fourth season? Definitely! The show has been confirmed for the fourth season. This announcement was made on March 24th, 2020. The series has been slated for an October release.
The upcoming fourth season will be called The Seven Deadly Sins: Wrath of the Gods.
