The biographical sports drama Rise is an inspiring story about overcoming adversity and achieving an impossible dream. But is it one of the many well-regarded feature films ready to stream now on Netflix?
The movie Rise is directed by Akin Omotoso, and the screenplay was written by Arash Amel. The narrative tells the amazing tale based on the real-life story of how thee young Nigerian-Greek brothers emigrate to the US and rise to fans in the professional ranks of the National Basketball Association.
The talented lineup stars Uche Agada, Ral Agada, Jaden Osimuwa, Elijah Shomanke, Yetide Badaki and Dayo Okeniyi. The runtime for the motivating sports movie is a reasonable 1 hour and 53 minutes.
