Netflix released a new video of Jamie Campbell Bower watching some of the funniest Stranger Things fan videos and reading some of their tweets. Surprisingly, one of the tweets featured in the video happened to be his Stranger Things co-star Noah Schnapp’s hilarious tweet about his Vecna song. Here’s Jamie Campbell Bower’s reaction to Noah Schnapp’s hit tweet!
Jamie Campbell Bower plays the fourth season’s newest antagonist, Vecna. Vecna lives in the Upside Down but uses his mind control ability to torment his victims before killing them. He puts them in a trance before making them levitate and then snapping their bones and crushing their eyes.
However, there’s a way to break out of the comatose-like state. We learn that the only thing that can save people from Vecna’s trance is music, as seen with Max Mayfield this season. Of course, this prompted fans to begin making funny tweets on Twitter about what their Vecna song would be, and Noah Schnapp decided to join in on the fun by sharing his Vecna song. Now, we finally get to see Jamie Campbell Bower’s reaction!

If you’re unfamiliar with the tweet we’re talking about, we’ll share what it said. On May 30, Noah Schnapp tweeted, “If I ever get cursed by vecna just play WAP on my AirPods and I’ll be out of that trance in no time.” Noah is talking about the song “WAP” by Cardi B featuring Megan Thee Stallion.
At one point in the newly released Netflix video with Jamie, Noah’s tweet pops up and Jamie is surprised that it’s from his co-star. Jamie reads the tweet and then suddenly says, “Oh, this is Noah,” while straightening up in his chair. Then, Jamie repeatedly says, “Oh, Noah,” and even lets out a chuckle. He finishes by saying, “Noah, please. Noah, come on.”
It looks like the Vecna actor was lost for words at Noah’s tweet. Honestly, I feel like many of us were flabbergasted at Noah’s song choice. However, “WAP” is a very catchy song, so it just might be able to get someone out of Vecna’s trance.
You can catch Jamie Campbell Bower and Noah Schnapp in Stranger Things season 4 only on Netflix.
