Elite season 6 is not coming to Netflix in July 2022! The Spanish Netflix original, which became incredibly popular among an international audience since the first season launched in October 2018, is not returning to our screens at any point throughout the month of July.
We know we’re all dying to find out the outcome of Samuel’s (Itzan Escamilla) little, um, swim at the end of season 5, and what became of Benjamin (Diego Martín) too, but unfortunately, we all just have to wait. We know the news might be a bit disappointing, but don’t worry too much about its future status and release because season 6 is definitely on its way, having been renewed in October 2021.

Is there a release date for Elite Season 6?
The Spanish original, which is one of Netflix’s top-watched shows, is the perfect blend of mystery, romance, and murder, so it’s unsurprising many are hoping to watch the next season of Elite as soon as they can. However, despite the international phenomenon being renewed on October 28, 2021 for its sixth season (and an additional three new holiday-themed installments of the Elite: Short Stories), an official release date for Elite season 6 has yet to be revealed by the streaming giant.
And since the most recent season was released on Netflix just this April 2022, chances are the date for the new season will not be announced anytime soon, however, if you head on over to Netflix and check out Elite’s page, you’ll notice that season 6 has been tagged as “coming soon.” But as for how soon? For the moment, we can only offer a guess.
Looking back at the previous season release schedules, the next season can be expected to drop at the earliest in early 2023. The cast and crew have been filming Elite season 6 since earlier this year. Of course, we could be wrong, so you’ll just have to check back for more updates! This is merely a prediction.
